SLAV 316: The Peoples and Cultures of Southeastern Europe Through Film

This course presents an introduction to the study of the culture of the South Slavs and other peoples of Southeastern Europe, combining background modules in geography, linguistic culture, history, folklore and contemporary cultural criticism with critical viewings of artistic films.
